CIP (Comprehensive Internship Program)

Duration – Six months, Time commitment – At least 20 hours or more per week

We offer a COMPREHENSIVE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME (CIP) for Business/Marketing/Management students/individuals

In this program at first you will be an intern for 1 month, THEN if the company is satisfied with your performance, you will be offered the ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION for 2 months AND THEN again based on your performance the company will offer you the position of a MANAGER for next 3 months. So, this is our COMPREHENSIVE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM for six months.

AFTER THAT based on your performance, productivity and the need or requirement of the company, you can be offered a temporary or permanent position otherwise it will be a great experience for sure. The employment afterwards can’t be claimed at all as this program is specially designed for the management/business/marketing students or proactive and enthusiastic students/individuals, who are really serious and enthusiastic for learning and growing together as they can apply their theory to practical here and we offer them a fully free hand and full space to prove themselves. It’s a great opportunity for you to learn, grow and prove yourself in real life situations as it’s a global project.

So, if you think you can really lead a global team successfully and have some real interest, passion and enough time to invest for something meaningful then I think we can talk more about the same.

Please note: It’s a VOLUNTEER role for some enthusiastic students/individuals who really want to learn and gain hands on experience in some real-life situation.
